Regional Contract Manager Positions
This position will be given Licensed Contractors only. This position is very profitable and will only be given to a chosen few. You see you will be in charge of all the leads, and Sales People in your region. Each state will have anywhere from three to twelve regional managers depending upon the size of that state. Once these job spaces are filled they will probably stay filled, because once someone is placed into this position they will not want to loose it. Filled positions will only come available when designated managers are not living up to their job requirements, and are unfortunately terminated. Regional Contract Managers will be in charge of all leads in their region. If these lead privileges are abused they will be subject to termination, and or charges brought against them for breach of contract. Remember this is a real business and you will be expected to act professionally. If you are asking yourself this question. "I am a licensed contractor why do I need to take this job." Each manager will be responsible for accepting all bids form sub-contractors, and other contractors operating under their region, using or leads. You will also be responsible for pulling some permits, billing, submitting bids to customers, and what ever it takes to make sure the job is done correctly. From each job completed in your region you will receive 30%, the Sales Person will receive 30%, and the company will receive 40% from the total profit for that job. You will also be paid $100 for any permits pulled for any job done in your region, and a bonus plan will allow you to make extra money, on top of your percentages when certain money marks are made every month. Keep in mind if their is any particular jobs that you generated on your own, as a Sales Person for our company, and were completed through our company. You will receive the sales commission on top of your Regional Manager commission giving you 60% of the total profit for that job, if it is located in your region. You can also be generating leads for other regions and making a sales commission while you are operating as a Regional Contract Manager. You personally may have 200 or more people operating under you, so their profit is your profit. I know isn't it great. This may be the last job you ever have. Each Regional Contract Manager needs to be located in the region in which he will be operating in. This allows that person to be able to keep a close eye on what's going on in his or her region.
