When customers go on your site, and fill out the bid sheet, it is automatically sent to the main company site with your personal Sales Person Code. There the Regional Contract Manager for that specific region, will assign it to three contractors to bid on the jobs. The customer most likely will choose one of the three bids, and you will win no matter who does the job. As long as the customer uses one of our contractors everybody wins. You will receive 30% , the Regional Contract Manager receives 30%, and the company receives 40% of the total profit for each job completed with your personal Sales Person Code on it. As you see, if you use the website route, you can be making money while you are spending more time doing what you want to do. It is probably by far the easiest, and most profitable way to sell for our company. Although you can also purchase our company sales material, and advertise in other ways. Newspapers, radio, bulk mail, and word of mouth are all good means of advertising. If you do not purchase a website, you will be able to summit your leads directly on our main company website. You will be credited for all your leads with your personal Sales Person Code. By now you can probably see this is a real job, and if you only do the simple math, you will see the profit potential is unbelievable. Keep in mind most construction jobs total profit margins can be as low as $100 and as high as$1,000,000 remember 30% of that is yours.
